| I overheard Left Feild trying to recruit from Team Geritols roster to put together a team to compete in the plus-35 tournement. There seemed to be some interest in going over to the dark side. I could be mistaken on what I overheard and if that is the case I apoligize, if not some sort of action should be taken. Fines given out, suspensions, or even Left Feild being put on waivers. |

34, it was me talking about getting another team for the Thompson/Corr tournament. I am not sure who left field is unless it is Shawn. I am in current negotiations with a couple players from Butte to complete this new team and when I hear back from them I will know if I have a full squad or not. I turned 35 this year and I wanted to play in the tournament and I knew Mike had a full roster for the tournament since the inception. I thought I would try to field a new team to make the tournament a little bigger. I would like to say that anybody on Mike's current roster if your interested in switching over to the good side I would be more than happy to set up an interview with you to see if you have what it takes to be on Team Renob.

| There you have it. Buy them jerky,buy them bats and hats, and what do you get? James Stokes, Team Raider. Actually, it is a fine thing James is doing, getting another team together for the Thompson/Corr Tourney. From the sounds of things, Butterbean's Boys will be the team to beat. Not sure what they are going to use for bats? Be sure to recruit a couple guys with nice bats. James, will you be using the pink poodle shirt because I am sure we can spare them, or do you have some other idea, that somehow reflects the spirit of Team Doorknob? You are very creative. I am sure you will come up with something. Please let me know what Ican do to help because I really do appreciate your willingness to bring another team to the tourney. |

There is something you can do to help since you are asking. I would like to borrow all 3 of your Miken Freaks and then would like for you to allow those bats to be legal in the tournament. Having illegal bats may be the only way we can win a game.

| James, I'd say talk with Corey about borrowing some of those B League bats they use. The other thing would be to ask him if you could borrow some of those cool, stripey, alpha male pants. You guys would be unbeatable in them. The truth of the matter is that James is a top notch recruiter and has put together a team to be reckoned with. Hopefully they will do okay in the 8:AM game Sunday morning...the scheduling just worked out that way. I think there will also be a sizeable time gap between a couple of their games...you know..enough time to, say, leave the softball complex and go get a refreshing beverage or two... What you won't do for your buddies...it's gonna be fun, this year we will the most teams we have ever had. |
